Recipe: Wedding Cookies


2 c. plain flour
1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients except confectioners' sugar. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while hot.
