Recipe: Easy Lemon Cookies
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme
cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. Crisco oil or Puritan oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease baking sheets. Combine cake
mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and 1
tablespoon lemon juice in large
bowl. Beat at low speed with
electric mixer until well blended.
After that, shape into 1 inch
balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 6
to 7 minutes. Cool 1 minute on
baking sheet. Remove to cooling
rack. **** You may add flaked
coconut for variety. Enjoy.
