What’s a good Irish dessert recipe?

Question by child0fthec0rn666: What’s a good Irish dessert recipe?
Ideally, I’m looking for a traditional Irish dessert/dessert type dish recipe (other than soda bread). Even if it is Irish-American, I’ll accept that too (as it’s hard to distinguish between the two when doing a basic search).

Thanks! :)

For Saint Patrick’s day (paddynotpatty.com) I would suggest making either (and to be a real traditionalist) a carrageen pudding (made with seaweed sounds ghastly but really really nice) or not traditionally a baileys cheese cake!
