What should I make for the cookie swap at work?

Question by nonya: What should I make for the cookie swap at work?
I’m not a baker/cook normally, but when I try to make things I usually do well. I need a good and fairly simple recipe to make because I work 2 jobs so I don’t have a lot of time to do it. The flyer says to bring 3-dozen cookies, bars, cupcakes or whatever treats you’d like to make. I need help in deciding what to make. Thanks!

cupcakes are pretty easy, just decorate them to fit the occasion, maybe just with certain colour icing or decorating sugar. or you can try cut out sugar cookies, they are simple to make.

Eagle Brand’s “Fudge Filled Bars” are easy (they start with store bought choc-chip cookie dough), and so popular anytime I’ve made them. My secret though is to add peppermint extract to the fudge filling…
