yeah i would say oatmeal…the recipe is on the container.

    yes, probably oatmeal-raisin.

    Use the recipe on the back of the box of Quaker Oatmeal. Very nice & healthy.

    why bother?

    The healthiest cookie is no cookie.

    If you have a weight issue, then don’t eat any cookies whatsoever.

    If you are rewarding yourself then eat the cookie that appeals to you regardless of what it contains. Eat one of them, eat it slowly and enjoy it.

    But don’t do things by halves. Don’t eat a miserable cookie that is going to be loaded with sugar in the mistaken belief that it will somehow magically stay off your hips. It won’t and you won’t enjoy it half as much.

    You MUST be American, right? This is so typically American.
