An awesome substitute for eggs = applesauce.

I’m pretty sure that 1/2 cup applesauce is equal to one egg.

I know this works for cakes/brownies, I’ve never tried with cookies before. If you’re allergic to eggs, you could always just make vegan cake/cookies/brownies. They still taste amazing, they just don’t have the dairy.
