Good thing that you noticed so early!!
1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal, add just enough boiling water to cover. Let sit for 4 minutes. Add sliced fruit or whole blueberries on top. Have an 8 ounce glass of 2% milk. NO sugar on the oatmeal or fruit.
    Good luck!

Yes definitely! Try changing your eating habits with..
Eggs. They’re solid in proten and should fill you up for the day!
Orange juice. Which has a great vitamin c supplement, just half a cup should do
Whole wheat toast. Little bit of carb, like a slice should keep your energy flowing

Also, try to eat breakfast as soon as you wake! Earlier you eat faster your metabolism turns on and gets your body going
