Chef Tess Bakeresse Gluten Free Sugar Free Almond Flour Cookies 2 cups Honeyville Blanched almond flour 1 cup Erythritol 1 tsp vanilla 2 Tbsp OvaEasy egg crystal ¼ cup water ¼ tsp baking powder To prepare Combine all ingredients and stir well. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop cookie dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on pan 5 minutes before removing from pan.

    I would advise everyone to do their research on the dangers of splenda. You would be better off substituting sugar with stevia instead.

    I make some almond cookies. I am not able to have egg. So it is 2 & 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 tsp of baking soda. 1/3 c of honey. 4 Tbsp of oil. 1 tsp of vanilla. Add a little water to get the texture you want. I also make cupcakes out of this recipe. I just add a little more water.

    I’ve been looking for some gluten free ideas! Can you use this flour in bread making? I usually use a bread machine, does that make a difference with this flour? I’d really like to see some more with the powdered eggs, too. These products are just opening up a whole new experience for me!
