Question by John: What is a healthy breakfast to a person who wants to start a daily workout?
Im 15 years, and I noticed that ive been spending way too much time on the computer, and im getting out of shape, so I decided to do some workout every morning. Should I eat a better breakfast because of this. Usually my breakfasts are very weak, just some milk and cookies or cereals. what should I eat for breakfast?
