i know it sounds stupid, but i am allergic to gluten, dairy products, chicken, nuts and coconut. So my diet is already narrowed down to gluten free items, fish, soy products and tons of fruits and veggies. Yet i still feel guilty if i eat a gluten free cookie or something. I work out like crazy too…my family thinks im out of my mind but i just cant seem to be at peace with myself when i splurge on dairy-free chocolate or french fries?

well, if you really are needing a diet like this, then it is all good……….just EFT away your concerns and worries………..
you are eating healthy, good for you…a splurge is a good thing in anything sometimes, enjoy it
