I just made these and they’re great! Not sure where all the dislikes come from. Used raisins instead of dates. Also used evoo for the oil.

  2. whitselwhileuwork says:

This statement is actually not true. Coconut oil is very healthy for you, but all other types of oils have some healthy benefits to them as well. That doesn’t make coconut oil the ONLY healthy oil out there. Read up on Canola oil containing Omega3, or the fact that Extra Virgin Olive Oil protects you from malignant tumours in the breast, prostate, endometrium and digestive tract. I’m just sayin’. :)

  3. zkaiache says:

olive, and canola oil are healthy, they contain good fats that help your heart work, but one spoonful is about 100 calories

  4. MrSquirtablewaffles says:

I have those same measuring cups and the matching measuring spoons and the little ones that say pinch, tad etc!!!

  5. anurre5 says:

I wouldn’t use canola oil..coconut oil is the only healthy baking oil.

  6. anurre5 says:

try raisens or any dried fruit

  7. jjpjful says:

i thought the dates were chocolate lol

  8. bolillo239 says:

wow why is this rated 2 stars

  12. Chris05628 says:

Just made these, tasted too much like egg whites, so use 4 instead of 6 egg whites (i used 5 doesn’t mess up texture or anything), they do taste a little bland so i would recommend mixing in some unsweetened dark chocolate chips or maybe some cranberries. If you make them exactly as how he says to in the video, then here are the nutritional facts:

    174 Calories
    4.5g Total Fat
    .75g Saturated Fat
    20g Total Carbohydrates
    1.9g Sugar
    3.6g Fiber
    11.5g protein

this is per cookie(makes 6 total cookies)

  13. JweezyU2B says:

  14. PapsFTW says:

    Thanks for this

  15. tlkndwn says:

@shkag is right …if u are maintaining a healthy lifestyle then the cholesterol from eggs is not a major issue anyway and they have studies to prove it…they have yet to find the link between egg yolks and heart disease or strokes…now if your plowing down donuts and mcdonalds everyday then you should be concerned

  16. tlkndwn says:

egg yolks isnt bad for you…the reason why people just use the egg white is to reduce the amount of calories because each egg is 70 calories if u eat six thats 420 calories just from the eggs alone

  17. LazyAmericanpage says:

i agree with both of you but having too much of anything is not good for u

  18. wasimsworld says:

  27. MovieReviewsG says:

No, egg yolks aren’t bad. Around 60% of good fats and lots of vitamins, also good type of cholesterol. I don’t care about people who recommend 1-3 egg yolks/wk or something, I eat at least 2-3 a day and I’m still alive… So far.

They are good for you. Using egg whites sometimes and not including yolks helps with calorie control. Not to mention some recipes just work better with whites.

your other option is oil or butter.

  36. MiKaKo22 says:

Instead of wasting the yolk, If you have a pet cat or dog egg yolk is really good for them and they love it. =D Even put them in a container and give it to a friend? Its better than wasting them.
