  1. Big Wheela Cat Peela says:

all you do is substitute egg beaters for eggs, use skim milk and margarine instead of butter, its not rocket science.

  2. J says:

    Low Fat Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

    1 c. pumpkin
    2 egg whites, whipped
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 c. rolled oats
    1 c. raisins

1.Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
2.Combine pumpkin and egg whites in a large bowl.
3.In a separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnaman, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, oats, and raisins. Mix the ingredients together until moistened.
4.Place cookies by the tablespoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet. Make sure the cookies are 2″ apart. The cookies may be left in round balls or flattened out with the bottom of a glass. If you leave the cookies in a ball, the baked cookie will be–you guessed it!–a ball.
    5.Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
