Question by Kerry: What is your favorite bar cookie recipe?
I need to make some bar cookies for a big school event tomorrow. It’s outside, so it can’t be something that melts TOO quickly. And nothing that has to be refrigerated.

So, What’s your favorite bar cookie recipe?

hands down….seven layer cookie bars. Follow the link!

I know that is only 6 layers according to the recipe, but what you want to do is substitute 1C of the chocolate chips for 1C Butterscotch Chips (really does make a HUGE dif)..they are the GREATEST..always make them during the holidays and many people are waiting for them!
Oh, and after you make them…let them cool and pop them in the freezer before you take them, that way they won’t be so melty…and you won’t have to worry about refrigeration

What do you think? Answer below!
