Question by Rainbows and Lollipops: What are some good recipes (mostly baking) that I can use my lemon extract in?
any lemon cookies or coolers or anything you know of or have tried would be great!
the point is to use the lemon extract that I bought…not to go out and buy another boxed dessert that is lemon flavor

you can make lemon cake. They have betty crocker cake mixes at your local super market.

    add it to lemon curd for and extra punch
    add it to smoothies or tea if you’re desperate to use it up
    add it to a basic white or yellow cake recipe or store mix
    add to whip cream to serve over berries
