Question by :) : What are healthy alternatives to cookies and cake?
I’m a teenager, always been skinny, but the majority of my food intake is sugar, like cookies and cake and stuff. I figured I should find some healthier alternatives before my weight catches up to me! Don’t say fruit, because I do drink apple juice every day and eat other fruit sometime. I mean like maybe cookies(not ones you make by the way) that are healthier than your average cookie. Thanks!

  1. Bree says:

Gnu bars (pronounced: new bars): With ongoing research discovering more and more benefits of fiber everyone should be looking for ways to incorporate it into their diet! You get 12 grams of fiber in each bar and with flavors like Banana Walnut, which taste like banana bread and Cinnamon Raisin that reminds me of an oatmeal raisin cookie you don’t realize you are getting 50% of your daily fiber in one bar. They are really good and they are low in fat and sugar.

Flavors: Gnu bars come in seven flavors: Cinnamon Raisin, Chocolate Brownie, Orange Cranberry, Banana Walnut, Peanut Butter, and the two “gnu” flavors, Expresso Chip and Lemon Ginger.
