I need a recipe for peanut butter cookies WITHOUT EGGS. A short recipe without too many ingredients as well.

You can easily substitute eggs for “Egg Beaters” or other similar products that perform the same function as eggs.

    1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, Egg Beaters equivalent of 2 eggs. 350 degrees, 10 minutes, boom, gluten and egg free peanut butter cookies.

    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup shortening
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    DIRECTIONS
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
    Mix the shortening, peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar and buttermilk until smooth and fully combined.
    Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the peanut butter mixture and mix until well blended.

    Egg-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
    * 2 c. French Bread/Pizza Mix
    * 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
    * 6 Tbsp. water
    * 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    * 1 1/2 tsp. Egg Replacer
    * 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    * 1/2 c. light brown sugar
