Also Is eating two bananas and a sandwhich bad then a low fat cookie without Corn syrup and glucose and all that nasty shit bad??Like is it gonna Make you fat or what??

Glad you want to lose some weight! Here’s the healthy way to do things and to get results…

Try to exercise 4-5 days a week. Take breaks on the weekends! Do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio (running, biking) when you exercise and follow this with 20 minutes of strength. Strength includes things like push-ups, side-kicks, ab works. Look some strength exercises up online. There are plenty!

Drink nothing but water and juices! Substitute unhealthy foods for healthier choices like pretzels, peanut butter, celery, carrots, yogurt, ect. For meals, eat steamed vegetables, lean chicken breast, veggies, ect.

There’s no secrets to actually losing weight! No fad diets or myths!
Just eat healthy and exercise!!!

    Running is good exercise and you might want to try other forms of exercise to keep your body in good shape. Swimming, sports and weight lifting are also good ideas for exercise. If you are running and exercising regularly and not able to manage your weight, then the problem may lie with your eating habits.
    To start with, bananas are good in moderation. They have a lot of natural sugars, so you don’t want to eat too many at once. As for the cookie, it sounds like you made a good food choice by substituting a low fat cookie for a regular one.
    Diet is all about making good food choices. You don’t have to completely cut out all foods containing fat and sugar, as long as you can eat them in moderation. Hope this helps! Good luck!

    You should never take diet pills .Tell your Doctor about it ,and make appointments regularly.And if those don’ t work then you have to keep on
    running.
