Q&A: Low fat broccoli pizza or easy prepare low fat meals?

I am trying to eat generally better. I am looking for some meals that are low fat and easy to prepare, If anyone has any that would be helpful. I am especially looking for a recipe for low fat broccoli pizza as I have really been craving pizza! Thanks for all your help!

You can put ANYTHING on a pizza. Moderation is key. I would advise a cracker crust also! Oh, steam broccoli 1st and add to pizza before cheese(s).

    1/2 cup thinly sliced leeks
    16 oz. pkg. prebaked Italian bread shell — 12 inch
    1/2 cup pizza sauce

    1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    Pinch of black pepper
    1 1/2 cups low-sodium tomato sauce
    Dough
    2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    12 ounces beer
    Topping
    1 1/2 cup nonfat grated mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    3/4 cup broccoli florets, steamed
    1/4 cup nonfat grated Parmesan
    1/2 cup chopped scallions cheese

    How to make Broccoli Pizza With Quick And Easy Crust For the sauce, heat water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add more liquid during this process if necessary.
    Add the parsley, green pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, marjoram, sugar, and black pepper.
    Bring sauce to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    For the dough, combine flours, baking soda, and beer in a large bowl.
    Spread dough in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
    Spread sauce over the dough.
    Top the sauce with the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Sprinkle the mushrooms over the pizza.
    Top with the steamed broccoli and the scallions.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden.
    Cut into 6 wedges.

    Pizza is a good one, doesn’t take long and its really easy.
    Make the base simple and don’t put too much sauce on it because that’s extra calories. Also dont over do it with the cheese lol
    Then top with corn, mushroom, broccoli, ham, pineapple etc..
    The more colours the better i reckon

    Ingredients
    2 cans pillsbury refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
    2 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
    3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise or fat-free mayonnaise
    1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    FRESH VEGGIES
    chopped broccoli or carrot or celery or cucumber or cauliflower or mushroom or onion or radish or tomato or any other favorite vegetables
    shredded fat free cheese
    Directions
    1Spread rolls on a greased cookie sheet.
    2Bake until golden brown.
    3Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
    4Spread on cooled crust.
    5Top with your favorite veggies and sprinkle with the cheese.
