Question by S@ruh<33: Halloween snacks for someone who’s trying to watch her weight?
I exercise once or twice a day and I eat a few Oreos and sometimes a slice of cake and I can maintain my weight that way, but we’re going to have candy around the house and will be passing it out. I was wondering, are there any low fat Halloween cookies I could make or maybe list some low fat brands? Thanks and Happy Halloween! :)

Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish are fat free. I believe Twizzlers are as well.

Anything in moderation should be fine though.

licorice has always been fat free. Raisins are a good choice to handout and to have to eat. If you want to have some chocolate, have one snack size bar after a meal. They even have bags of microwave popcorn you can pass out. Enjoy a little halloween candy, you don’t need to eat it all.
