Question by Cait: Can i make peanut butter cookies with no baking powder, soda, or vanilla?
I have the following ingredients:

butter
egg
sugar
brown sugar
flour
peanut butter

So can i make cookies using these ingredients?
well why would i ask if i didnt want to know HOW? The more accurate question is HOW can i make cookies with just those ingredients. And how much of everything do i use, how long do they bake for, and so on.

They will taste a bit off without the vanilla, and they will look like crap. Baking soda is what causes your cookies to rise, so yours may be flatter than a pancake.

  2. Maureen M says:

Don’t waste the ingredients you already have. The cookies will not be like cookies without baking soda.
