The best Christmas cookie would have to be snicker doodles gingersnaps, gingerbread, Chocolate snaps, stamped shortbread cookies,Ginger cookie cutouts, or spritz cookies. If you are looking for candies i have old-fashioned caramels, taffy, and holiday peppermints.

My families favorite cookie recipe is so easy. You might try it. I have cookie mold pans that you can put a stick in. So we all decorate cookies on a stick on Christmas eve. The kids and adults love it.

    I just use the following:

    2 eggs
    2 cups of sugar
2 sticks of butter or I like to use Parkay sometimes.
    2 teaspoons of vanilla
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
4 cups of flour (sometimes a little more to get the right consistency)

Mix up all the wet ingredients better to mix them at room temperature then add the baking powder. Mix in enough flour to give you the right consistency for rolling out the dough.
