Let’s Play Oracle of Ages #01 – Cookies Need Love Like Everything Does

Welcome to Let’s Play The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages! In this episode, we arrive in the foreign land of Labrynna to find the Oracle of Ages and bring her to Hyrule. However, not all goes as planned. Checklist: – Receive Wooden Sword from Impa – Receive L-1 Ring Box from Vasu To elaborate on what I was talking about in this episode, I’m testing out a different way of recording. While I still used CamStudio to record the game footage, I instead used Audacity to record my commentary at the same time. Then, I integrated them together in Sony Vegas. This allows me to adjust the volume of each separately, so they are balanced perfectly. Let me know how this sounds to you. www.zeldauniverse.net Recognized as the official Oracle of Ages video walkthrough for Zelda Universe! Thanks for watching!

  12. scottydu81 says:

you know, i stand corrected. i guess everytime i responded, i read it wrong. its been years since i played it, but yeah, having to pay to find the tri-force was lame. i hated all that sailing.

  13. pankrazspancreas says:

yes, no other zelda game has a cash requirement for the master sword, and neither does wind waker, that’s what i’m saying.
i had no problem with having to pay for maps for the triforce, it was a nice excuse just to sail around fighting stuff and exploring.

  14. Atrus2225 says:

hells yeah oracle of ages. My 1st game i’ve played =). Still own my original copy (along with seasons) and like to play through every so often still. Ah nostalgia =)

  29. scottydu81 says:

ok, you dont pay for the master sword specifically, but i thought it was pretty cheap that you had to pay to have dingle decode the maps which lead to the triforce. its along the same levels as just having to cut down bushes to get enough money to get the master sword. none of the other games had any cash requirements for getting the master sword.

  30. pankrazspancreas says:

you get the master sword for free, you have to pay tingle (everyone’s favourite character) to decode maps to find the triforce, it’s a shame a small portion of the game ruined it for you, you were basically at the last boss if you were on the triforce quest.

  31. scottydu81 says:

yeah ,i just didnt like the idea of fishing for money to buy the master sword. but its cool you like it. i did like the graphic style of it.

  32. pankrazspancreas says:

you pay to decode maps for the triforce, you get the master sword after the tower of the gods, about 1/3 of the game sooner than the triforce quest. if you get the wallet upgrades you will usually have enough or near to enough rupees by the time anyway, and if you don’t the game is filled with treasure charts, and little hidden dungeons which all reward you with rupees or pieces of heart. WWs ending is great i’d play it again and just explore everything as you go, it and SS are my favourites :)

  33. roklord82 says:

it’s odd how much sprite link in this game looks almost exactly like me…

  34. scottydu81 says:

windwaker is a horrible game. i played it until you essentially had to just buy the master sword. horrible idea.

  35. Maxwillkil says:

I simply could not leave it alone. The name of the shape that the triangle is on is a frustum. It is basically a pyramid or cone with the top taken off.

  36. NinjaKage100 says:

This and Seasons take place after link to the past while links awakening takes place after these games
