    guarda è semplice devi considerare che ogni cup sono 250 ml, prendi un bicchiere graduato e riempi fino a 250 ml, poi da lì è facile dividere e moltiplicare le dosi

    tro get the most juice out of a lemon, pop it in the microwave until its barely warm to the touch, then roll it on its sides a couple times to create friction, then cut and squeeze.
