Question by irena t: I’m looking for a reduced sugar cookie recipe?
My husband just found out he is diabetic and I am looking for any kind of reduced or sugar free recipes. He loves cookies, probably what got him in trouble any recipes would be great!

Go to Splenda.com they have all kinds of yummy recipes made with Splenda plus useful info for diabetics.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

    Cream together: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. Sugar Twin (sugar substitute) 1 c. peanut butter 2 eggs
    Sift together: 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda Dash of salt

    Combine creamed and sifted mixtures together and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Press top of each down with wet fork tines twice from 2 directions to make a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
