whats wrong with the normal [normal fat amounts] cookies?? fat’s not going to kill you, if you didnt know. your body was made to process it. im sorry, but i dont understand why so many girls are so obsessed about what they eat and their body size.

“FAT” is NOT the enemy, the sugar is, there may be no fat but, you have about 800 lbs of sugar, in 1 cookie, there’s TONS of Calories in Sugar, as well as fat.

If you are worried about fat and or sugar look at the Snackwells line. They have all kinds of cookies which are low to no fat and lower in sugar aswell. Their devil’s food cookies are to die for.

Try Biscotti. I think they are fairly low in fat a calories. Here in the states we have Nabisco and Keebler 100 calorie packs of cookies. They are small and light, but the Right Bites brand is fairly good. But yes, I miss cookies too.

Your body actually does need SOME fat to function properly. If you’re worried about fat in the cookies, just eat the regular high-fat kind, but take the fat out of your dinner that night (instead of stirfrying vegetables in oil, steam them, as an example). Fat is crucial for your body to function properly and for your brain to work normally.
