How long will my holiday cookies last if i make them today?

Question by Telling It Like It Is: How long will my holiday cookies last if i make them today?
I don’t have much time to bake when I come home from work and I will be giving out my holiday cookies starting this Thursday.
If I make them this evening, will they be ok for everyone to eat within the next two weeks. I’m baking peanut butter cookies (the ones from the Betty Crocker mix).

they will stay fresh if you keep them in a tin or a zip loc bag for at least seven days.

Even the ones from scratch should be OK for about a week. Ya know that there should be someone who answers the phone at Betty Crocker that can give you an answer.

Seal them in a plastic container, and put it in the fridge. But I think 2 weeks is pushing it.
