I have been told to roll the lace cookie I need to make. I can’t find anything on the net on how to roll them like cilindars.

Here is how I roll my lace cookies…..when you first take them out of the oven, they are hot and pliable. I use gloves to handle them and roll them into cylinders. You can roll the cylinders loose if you are going to pipe some filling into them or tight if you have put some chocolate on the top of the cooie or are just going to leave them plain.

  1. Happy Cooker says:

You can roll them around your rolling pin when they’re warm or an empty tin can, your baster, anything with a cylindrical shape will do.

  2. nightcrawler says:

I use a cut dowel rod about the size of a cigar and about 6″ long.
