How do I enable cookies on my browsers?

Question by JudasHero: How do I enable cookies on my browsers?
My computer is all in a foreign language, so if you could give me step by step directions, I’d appreciate it.

    in firefox click on tools (the second last button at the top)
    click on options (the last button in tools menu)
    click on privacy (the third last tab in options)
    Tick the fourth and fifth boxes on the privacy page.
