Question by je t’aime♥: How do I control my eating habits? I just came home and ate more than 2000 calories..?
First off I came home and ate1500 calories in chicken wings. Then I had an orange, cheese, 4 reeses and 4 kitkats. Goldfish. Probaly two servings of mini Oreos. Milk.. And some lemon cookie things. The thing is I was Doing so good eating healthy yesterday. :/ I’m so upset with myself. :( I can’t control myself I couldn’t control myself:(

try to control your urges to eat maybe try some gum that helps me

    try to stop buying that stuff or eat in little portions throughout the day….im very skinny and i cant eat much in one sitting so i spread it out throughout the day

    also gum helps hunger…so does drinking water

    try protein shakes they help you control your appetite i use the special k shakes because they make me feel full for a long time slowly cut down on sugar if you quit sweets cold turkey it wont do anything good for you but make you hungry try to practice portion control these things worked for me i used to eat like that
