  1. Sugar Pie says:

    Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 large eggs

Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs with wooden spoon until blended. Drop by round teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Turn sheet in oven and bake another 2-4 minutes. Don’t burn them for heavens sake. Let the cookies cool a bit before removing them from the sheet.

One 12 oz. bag of semisweet choc chips can also be added to make PNB-Choc Chip cookies.

I have a recipe for non-bake peanut butter cookies with oatmeal, margarine, and sugar, but I cannot imagine how you could just use no flour or sugar in a regular cookie.

  4. fawdown says:

If you add flour it makes it much more fattening.

I don’t see what is wrong with sugar unless your a diabetic.

Artificial sweeteners do far more damage to you than sugar.

Eat your sweets in moderation and your fine.

PS: add a teaspoon of vanilla, and go half and half white sugar, brown sugar….yummy.
