    Depends on how much you eat and how many macros you have left. At the end of the day if you hit your macro/micro nutrients that’s all that matters. It doesn’t matter if it comes from 2 meals or 9 meals. Hope that clears it up for ya!

    cheers for the tips! will give them a shot soon, still trying to figure out my macros :S new to lifting, trying to loose weight and gain muscle..i’ve heard that its possible when your a newbie, but all i’ve been doing lately is trying to keep protein high and less carbs and just havin wholegrains. Hopefully will get it down soon!

    Thank you, they are very good if you’re trying to eat healthy. I would suggest putting them in the freezer for around 20mins or until cooled and slightly stiff, then throw the rest in the refrigerator but if you are on the go and don’t want them to melt and get messy then bake them!
