    Hiya fabulous recipe! 2 quick questions!
    I will prob be using a kitchen aid mixer to make the dough part, and
    separate bowl for the cheesecake part (as you did).. do you think this will
    change the consistency in the dough? I’d really love for it to come out
    just as so in this video! Also, when refrigerating overnight, should I
    cover or keep uncovered in the Pyrex/pan? Thanks so much and I love your
    enthusiasm :-) reminds me of me haha

    I made these today! But mine didn’t taste special at all :( Was expecting a
    Walker’s kind of butter biscuit flavor, they instead turned out like your
    average homemade cookie. While baking, my perfect circles amassed into a
    big blob which was annoying as hell. Such a simple recipe, yet mine came
    out nothing like yours. Haha, I’ll just watch you make your delicious
    stuff, def hooked on your channel.

    I made these cookies today for my family. At our country we don’t have “all
    purpose flour” but I made it work with mixing two other flours together:)
    Anyway they liked it:) I’m looking forward to your next videos:)

    Hi, for the ingredients, do you mean 1 1/2 Cup of Flour + 1 1/2 Cup of
    Cornstarch + 1 1/2 Cup of Confectioner’s Sugar? I tried using 1 1/2 Cup
    with equal portions of each (ie 1/2 cup of Flour, etc), but the dough
    turned out to be too soft to handle even when I tried freezing it before
    rolling out. Thanks!
