Does this sound like a healthy cookie?

Question by ThePhlamingPhoenix: Does this sound like a healthy cookie?
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
1 cup walnuts
1/2 canola oil
1/2 pure maple syrup (not the artificial stuff)

Those are the main ingredients. I thought it was a healthy cookie. Do you?

I don’t know if a healthy cookie is possible and I guess this is healthier than Chips a Hoy or something, but I wouldn’t eat it

    Better than some. As long as you’re eating in moderation, it’s fine. You SHOULD eat cookies once in a while.

    How many servings does that make? That’s better than 1cup white sugar and sweet chips like a lot of cookies, but still a lot of sugar in the syrup.
