When I bake cookies I prefer to use the real stuff: butter.

Do you find that butter does a better job?

A good deal of the time, the answer would probably be yes, as butter adds a rich and chewy texture and great flavor to cookies.

    For flavor butter beats out margarine hands down. But for life time and storage margarine may last longer as butter goes kind of quickly. But butter every time.

    Yup, butter is always better and not only for baking cookies….. tastes a lot better, nutritional value is higher, consistency is a lot better…….. etc.!

    Butter 100% of the time, not only does it taste better, it is better for you seeing that it is a natural product. Butter does not give the cookies a chewy texture the brow sugar does that.

    Butter is the way to go.
    Margarine is one item away from plastic. It was developed to fatten up animals for slaughter.
    Never eat it or use it.
