LOW-FAT OVEN BAKED FRIED CHICKEN

6 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
12 fat free saltine crackers
6 slices plain melba toast
1/2 c flour
2 Egg Beaters
1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
Salt & pepper to taste

Use a rolling pin and crush the crackers and melba toast on a piece of waxed paper. Place the flour on a small plate. Pour the Egg Beaters on another small plate. Pour the liquid Butter buds into a large non-stick frying pan. Turn stove on low to medium. Coat the chicken breasts with flour. Next dip them in Egg Beaters. Next roll them in the cracker crumbs to coat well. Place them in the frying pan and cook until golden. Cook on both sides. Remove from frying pan and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Turn oven to 350 degrees and bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
For a variation, you might add 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese to the cracker mixture. (This would add 3.5 fat grams.) You can also pour Bar-B-Q sauce over the top and grated non-fat cheese if you want to make them a little fancier. (This would not add any fat grams.) My kids really go for these! They have no idea how much better they are for them than the traditional fried chicken. One normal fried chicken breast contains 48 fat grams.

Yields: Serves 6. Per Serving: 4.6 g fat; 273 calories; 23.3 g protein; 78 mg cholesterol; 16 g carbohydrates; 143 mg sodium.

This is from 3Fat Chicks on a Diet. I’ve made them and they’re very good.

Brownie Cookies

3/4 cup reduced calorie margarine, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

recipe directions
Beat margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add egg substitute, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add to margarine mixture, stirring just until blended. Stir in miniature chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375*F for 6 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and let cool on wire racks.

Serves: 48

Lose lower belly fat.?

Question by Rishaun B: Lose lower belly fat.?
Trying to get in shape but it seems a lot harder than getting out of shape. I run on the treadmill 1 day for about 20mins and the next day I can only go 5mins. Feels as if I cant push myself to go any further. Any ideas or is there any supplements for the energy needed. Please help! I am only 30 yrs old and body does not really show being out of shape just want tighter abs and the lower belly fat to go away….

Well you may want to take vitamines. Also if you don’t exercise much you may want to start off slower. Don’t start off trying to run a whole 20-30 mins. Start off walking at a fast pase or jogging for about 15 mins until you build up your strength and you are able to go longer. You should also do stomach exercises. I’ll link you to a good site to go to below. Hope I helped.
