I was in Japan and I am looking for the brand name of these cookies they sell in Tokyo. They come in a blue box that is the same size and shape as a candy bar. in the box the cookies are wrapped in a gold packaging. The actual item is like bite sized cookies with chocolate on one side. if you know the name please tell me because I am trying to order some online!

6 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups rice flour
2/3 cup melted shortening

Beat egg whites, adding sugar and vanilla gradually, until stiff. Add flour and shortening slowly, beating after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls on hot, greased baking sheet and spread thin with back of spoon. Bake in 325-degree oven until crisp.About the Author – unknown
