Are there any healthy halloween treats – cookies and cakes – without too much icing and salt and sugar. Under 2g of salt! Any recipes post them on here. Nothing with nuts and pumpkins in.

    Oatmeal cookies??

You can use Estevia or Splenda in homemade icings so that there is not alot of sugar in them. Put only a small amount of icing on any baked goods. Google vegan desserts and you will probably find what your looking for.

Take a Reses’s cup, out it upside down, put a dab of icing in the center of it. Then, take a white chocolate Hershey’s Kiss, and put that on top of the icing. It looks like a witch’s hat!

For trick-or-treaters though, if you want to hand out something healthy, no fruit. How about raisins or peanut butter crackers?
