Question by kimgoddess: An Italian Easter cookie, we used to call them “rosettes”, simply b/c they looked like roses, but they are not
the fried things – You make a dough, roll it like little snakes, roll them on your finger like a spring, then bake. I remember using orange zest and almond extract. Looking through Gram’s recipes, I can’t make heads nor tails of it, can anyone help? I’d like to surprise my Dad for Easter. Thanks!
